The works are to be carried out in two distinct blocks with Phase One Inception Works now completed before the commencement of any building works. Works included in phase one were relocation of the distribution board and server from the current admin area, rearrangement of site access to separate the contractors operations from the school, realignment of site boundary fence and the formation of a contractors compound, site area and access road, the installation of a new electric supply, the realignment of water and I.T. services, the formation of new wildlife pond, the formation of temporary admin. office within the existing servery room and the installation of a temporary boiler house.
